Our company will provide you with a detailed scope of work outlining the tasks that we will undertake for your renovation project. This scope of work will include a timeline, estimated cost, materials required, and other relevant details. You must review and approve this scope of work before any work commences. Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties.

Payment:
Our company requires a deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost to commence work on your project. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project. Any additional costs incurred due to changes in the scope of work will be invoiced separately and must be paid within 30 days of receipt. Failure to pay any invoices on time may result in additional fees or delay in project completion.

It is the responsibility of the client to obtain any necessary permits and approvals from local government authorities for the renovation project. Our company will not be responsible for any fines or penalties incurred due to the client's failure to obtain necessary permits or comply with regulations.

Our company is fully insured, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our workers and your property. However, we will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the client's failure to comply with the terms and conditions, including but not limited to damage to property, personal injury, or any other loss.

Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced, and any deposits paid will be refunded, minus the cost of completed work.

In the event of any disputes between the client and our company, both parties agree to make every effort to resolve the matter amicably. If the matter cannot be resolved, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation or arbitration. Any legal proceedings must be initiated in the province of Ontario, Canada.
